David is a highly accomplished and focus-driven Senior Executive with more than 40 years of success in medical device, paper, plastics, agriculture, and EPA regulated industries.  He most recently retired from Balchem Corporation (NASDAQ:BCPC $800 million in Sales with EBITDA of $190 million) where he held the position of Vice President & General Manager and was an Officer of the company. He was responsible for two of the four divisions of Balchem, the Specialty Products and Industrial Products Divisions. David is a member of the Board of Directors of Ortho-Tag Inc. Ortho-Tag is as start-up company whose proprietary technologies enable wireless in-body communication, real-time data exchange/storage, and nanodiagnostic functionality of smart medical implants, providing a versatile, in vivo platform that connects digital health applications and sensors with the human body.

David holds a B.S., Pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island. He has attended various executive seminars at Columbia University Business School, and Wharton Executive Business School, University of Pennsylvania.
