Biography

Dr. Dupre’s expertise is in the area of neurological physical therapy. She is a Board Certified Specialist in Neurology from the APTA and she continues to practice in the clinic with a focus on neurology. She is active in the APTA and the New England Consortium of Clinical Educators holding the position of Education Committee Chair.

Research

Dr. Dupre’s research interest are in the areas of neurology, Parkinson and Stroke and clinical education.

  • Objectives to Assess Readiness for First, Full-Clinical Experiences in Physical Therapist Education. 
  • Lower Extremity Kinematic Requirements needed for Individuals with a CVA Progressing to Ambulation without an AFO: A Case Series.
  • Patients as Teachers:  How Structured Educational Experiences Impact Student Professional Growth, Empathy, and Communication Skills.
