Development Grant: “Establishing a protocol for utilizing indwelling fine wire intramuscular electromyography (EMG) equipment in rotator cuff muscle assessment.”

We are happy to announce that the MCR-Lab has been awarded a grant under the Proposal Development Program. The project aims to leverage the EMG technology to investigate the rotator cuff muscle group’s muscle activity. The goal is to identify differences in muscle activity between a surgically repaired rotator cuff and a non-surgical rotator cuff. These findings have the potential to progress surgical management and physical therapy interventions.
