Biography

Dr. Nash is a public health professional with research interests in the area of inclusive pedagogy, marginalized populations, and cultural competency. Dr. Nash has worked with many diverse populations, including: children with behavioral disorders, people with substance use disorder, persons living with HIV/AIDS, older adults, and the general population. She has developed medical policy in the insurance sector covering New England. Additionally, she has worked in clinical research investigating nutrition outcomes in people living with HIV/AIDS with an emphasis on cardiovascular disease in HIV. Dr. Nash’s current research explores the inclusion of anti-stigma curricula at the undergraduate level.
