Nominate a Team

The Rainville Team Excellence Award recognizes teams who are mission-driven and passionate, and exemplify collaborative and authentic leadership in their work on campus. These teams engage in open communication, perseverance, resilience, crucial conversations, problem-solving, and adapting to changes as well as challenges. Team Excellence illustrates taking group values and implementing them for the common goal.

Team Nomination Criteria

General

  • The team must be 90% undergraduates currently enrolled in at least 6 credits
  • In good standing with the University

Specific

  • The team may include 2-10+ students and examples include a program committee, a student organization, ad hoc work group or athletic team
  • This award specifically recognizes a team which worked/works together with exceptional effectiveness to accomplish a specific task
  • The team should have a clear sense of purpose and goals, aspire to standards of excellence, demonstrate effective leadership and collaboration and empower and support team members

Note: The quantity of nominations a team receives does not affect the team’s candidacy. One nomination is sufficient.
