Please note that students must fulfill all financial obligations to the University before receiving verification of enrollment or degree.
You obtain a free enrollment and/or degree verification online via e-Campus by navigating to:
- Main Menu -> Self Service -> Academic Records -> Request Enrollment Verification.
You may print the verification from your computer or request the University mail an official verification to a recipient you specify. We do not offer electronic or emailed verifications.
Alternatively, students may request verification through the National Student Clearinghouse. Fees may apply.

URI has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as our agent for verification of student enrollment and degrees. Please note verification is not available through the Clearinghouse until at least 3 business days after the end of the add period. Please note that fees may apply.
DEGREE VERIFICATION REQUESTED BY OUTSIDE PARTIES
For fastest service, verification of a degree should be requested utilizing the National Student Clearinghouse. Fees may apply.
