This form is not to be used by current URI state employees. State employees must contact Human Resource Administration.
Current students and student employees may request an e-Campus username change. Your URI email will also be changed to match the new username. Enrollment Services does not change usernames/emails for former students.
Requests will be approved under the following scenarios:
- The student hasĀ legally changed their name and submitted the appropriate documentation
- The student’s current username is offensive/inappropriate
- The student is transitioning gender
- The student’s current username contains a portion of their Social Security Number.
Enrollment Services reserves the right not to approve username changes deemed offensive, confusing, misleading, already in use or for other reasons.
Requests may take up to 14 business days to be reviewed and implemented.
