The submission deadline for protocols is at least 4 weeks prior to the scheduled meeting.

Expedited and Exempt Review

  • Protocols that do not require full board review may be submitted at any time.
  • Allow a minimum of four weeks for the review process. 
  • Approval will be delayed if application is incomplete or changes are required.
  • If the protocol is determined to require full board review, the process is likely to take longer.
