Exposure Response

If you experience an exposure, immediately perform first aid.  Students should call the Triage Nurse at Health Services, (401) 874-2246, for guidance if there is a parenteral, mucous membrane or non-intact skin exposure to potentially infectious materials.  Health Services is open 8 am – 8 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am – 4 pm on weekends. For staff and off hours, call  911.  Police Dispatch will notify the EHS person on call.  Do not call EHS directly. Report any exposure or injury to your supervisor.
