The standard poster board provided by the conference measures 36″ tall, by 48″ wide (revised in 2016 to a landscape orientation). Each poster board will be numbered according to the poster list and mounted on an easel. The poster list will be published after all abstracts are submitted to the conference and assembled into the Abstract Book. The Abstract Book will also be available on the conference website. Push pins are provided by the conference and will be found waiting in the poster boards. Extra push pins will be available at the Check-In table if needed. It is recommended that when mounting your research poster to the poster board, that the poster board be carefully removed from the easel and placed on the floor. Please be careful that you don’t bend the poster board. Once you have mounted your research poster onto the poster board, it can be returned to the easel. Finally, place the poster number in the upper left corner of the poster.
