Biography

I did my undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Economics, Spanish, and Medical Sciences.  I later went to UMass Amherst for graduate school in Higher Education Administration and URI for graduate school in Public Administration.  I’m currently a graduate student in one further program – Clinical Mental Health Counseling.  My present role involves managing the Starfish software platform on campus, in addition to teaching courses and advising exploring/undeclared students.  Among other adventures, I’ve taught tennis for UW-Madison, worked as a legislative aide, and traveled to Tibet to study biodiversity preservation.  Much like all these diverse life paths I’ve been on, I hope everybody finds their time at URI to be a door-opener for learning about interests, values, and careers that fill life with love, meaning and purpose.  Please reach out any time you believe I can be helpful to you!
