Work With Us

The Office of Community Standards provides student employment and experiential learning opportunities for students, faculty and staff.

Conduct Board

Conduct Board hearing panels are convened to hear cases of alleged violations of community standards or University policies. Hearing panels are generally made up of students, faculty and staff according to the guidelines in the Student Handbook.

If you are interested in serving on the conduct board, please fill out the application below or contact us.

Conduct Advisors for Students

A Conduct Advisor’s role is to provide guidance and support for students involved in student conduct matters. A Conduct Advisor may be a student, faculty, or staff member at the University who has been trained on the University Student Conduct System. Training on the Student Handbook and student conduct procedures is strongly recommended for an individual serving in the Conduct Advisor role.

Internships

Undergraduate and graduate students can reach out to the Office of Community Standards about internship opportunities relevant to their field of study. This may include, but is not limited to, the following majors: criminal justice, sociology, and psychology. These positions are not typically posted on Handshake, but students are encouraged to contact us about internship opportunities.
