Biography
Molly Wentworth is a P1 Doctor of Pharmacy major who is also pursuing minors in Biology and Cannabis Studies. This is her first year as a SEA Advisor, and she is excited to engage with students on campus by helping to coordinate events! In addition to her position through the SEA office, she also serves as both the Academic Affairs Committee Chairwoman & College of Pharmacy Representative for the Student Senate, working to improve the academic experience on campus. As a member of Lambda Kappa Sigma, the professional sorority for women in pharmacy, Molly is currently one of the Potential New Member Coordinators involved in facilitating the rush process for URI’s chapter. She is also a member of the Pharmacognosy Club, which studies drugs of natural origin. In the Fall of 2024, she served as a URI 101 Mentor to first-year Pharmacy students, where she strived to help make new students feel welcome. Outside of campus, Molly works as a Pharmacy Intern at Stop & Shop in Narragansett. Originally from Coventry, RI, she is passionate about leadership, community-building, and her future career in pharmacy. She has a special interest in natural medicine as well, and loves learning about health & wellness!
Fun Fact: Molly was a competitive Irish-Step Dancer for 10+ years, and she loves cats more than anything!
