COMMITTEE DISCUSSION:
- USA Today- Open air displays (wire racks)
- People see the card thing as a barrier
- Feels that more people will read them if they don’t have to swipe their cards
- Makes easier access
- Feels like there should be a sign that is attached to the rack that says “Please take one”
- Provost Advisory Council meeting at 5:00pm on Tuesday Jan. 31, 2012

- Is it ok to schedule a regular exam at a different time than class time?
- Are pop quizzes allowed in a class when they are not a part of or included in the syllabus
- Handed out the ASC report to have people read over and annotate

- Academic Clubs- draft of the e-mail was typed and printed for approval, e-mail addresses are needed to send these out (didn’t have email addresses)- was told by SOARC chair that the groups have to be compared with the “Listings of Organizations” folder in the office (to the right of the mailboxes) in order to get in contact with the other groups

- We don’t know what happens with the end of the semester teacher survey.
- Need to look into what happens with them, because some teachers say that they never get the information back to critique themselves.
