- Ace of Cakes:
- Lee: Head of arts and crafts for Ace of Cakes
- Goal: 40 teams/ cakes
- Based on Last Year’s Event:
- $377.52 for 30 half sheet yellow cakes and 4 frostings
- $170 for cake toppings and decorations
- Teams: no more than 6 participants
- 4 bowls and cups for each team
- Buy twizzlers, red dye
- Scissors
- 45 minutes for cake decorating
- Groups present cakes, give a little schpiel to the judges
- Things to Consider:
- Rice crispy cake vs. yellow cake Compare costs, etc.
- Should we charge? No charge
- Call hunger banquet to come and advertise for donations…. Do they need permission? Talk to Kim, Jenna
