- Diversity Week

o The last time slot à 4-4:50 pm
o For the past three years, we relate diversity to uri and how to encourage it for everyone
o Overall introduction, standup sit down activity, video playing, sticky note value activity
- Homecoming
o Candy apples
o Saturday October 25th
o 9am-2pm approx
o Last year possibly 200 apples
o Natowich- will get apples
o Patterson will put in for money and then will go shopping
- Spirit of Giving Holiday Drive
o Go to presidents meeting to encourage all to participate
o Meet with Sarah Martone to discuss

- Rhody-Thon
o Keaney better location + free for student use
o No food allowed inside but food can be in the lobby right outside
o Date: November 22nd
o Time: 10 am- 10 pm
o Possibly move to ace of cakes to beginning of second semester
o All sponsorship money will be distributed
- Basically have an account specifically for rhody-thon
o Operating cost should be 10% of goal (Goal= 20,000)
o SEC and SAA want to get involved
o SEC- music + staging ?
o Maybe have an SEC and SAA liaison to come to meetings
o Most likely tree house for staging and lighting
o RI Blood lady come to speak at event
o Patterson called head of campus rec. Jodie Hawkins

- Depending on attendance, within operating house/extra hours
