   2. Meeting time and place: meet at beginning of semester and at practices. Ever weekend whenever possible

   7. RECOMMENDATION: treat the previous elections as the first day of elections. Go back and conduct another round.

 

 

 

Stipend Review

 

• URI Student Senate
  • SOARC Chair
    • Oversee all student organizations, help new groups become recognized.  Help groups maintain recognition status.  Try to be an unbiased arbitrator between groups.  Responsible for maintaining and editing the model constitution.  Model constitution is basic template for groups that do not already have an established constitution.  The model constitution is necessary for legal liability reasons.  Ensure all group finances go through student accounts office.  Conduct the monthly presidents meetings to ensure that groups understand student senate requirements.
