University Events plans and executes premier presidential and distinguished, university-wide protocol events that best promote the University’s mission and initiatives. Our team of creative, strategic, and dedicated event coordinators is available to provide varying levels of service to the campus community from producing entire events to consultation advice.

Event Planning

University Events plans presidential events and award programs while establishing and administering university protocols. Commencement Weekend and the Lifetime Service Society Ceremony are some of our annual events. Other events include groundbreakings, Presidential house events, distinguished visitors and speakers, building dedications, formal announcements, anniversaries, and protocol celebrations.

Consultation Services
