The project team and governance of the Workday project reflects the project scope and includes individuals from multiple divisions, departments and experience. 

• Executive Sponsors – Executive Sponsors are essential to the project and provide oversight, direction and alignment with URI’s strategic goals. Sponsors are also responsible for the achievement of project objectives and overall success. 
• Steering Committee – The project Steering Committee is responsible for providing guidance to the project team to clear obstacles, advise on critical decisions, and  ensure alignment with business needs and throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Team – The Project Team ensures URI’s business requirements are clearly communicated and addressed throughout all phases.

Change Network & Peer Roles – The Change Network will include our Change Committee and Campus Innovators who will help socialize the change across the campus community, advise on best methods to engage stakeholders and participate in opportunities to engage with the technology through the project.
