What is your responsibility as a 2017 URI Energy Fellow (i.e. what team are you on/where are you working)?
As a URI Energy Fellow I was hired by Energy Conservation Inc. to perform energy audits for clients by measuring their usage of lighting and HVAC systems to maximize their energy efficiency and then to give them recommendations to make their business more energy efficient. In my energy fellowship I’m really looking forward to starting an energy audit and seeing it through to completion. My favorite part about the job is saving people money and showing them the potential of the energy field.

I am the treasurer of the National Society of Black Engineers on campus, I am a thrower on the track team and in my free time I go fishing, play ping pong, and cook!
