Hip-hop comes to Broadway, thanks to entrepreneur Russell Simmons (Phat Farm, HBO’s “The Def Comedy Jam”), who presents Def Poetry Jam on Broadway. The show is described as “an evening of entertainment featuring nine performance poets with a new American voice, taking a fresh, exuberant, insightful, comedic look at who we are and where we are today.” The poets have been selected by Simmons and Stan Lathan from the best of the performers on their HBO series.

To reserve a spot, please email or call Mailee at or 874-5829.  Please RSVP by April 18, 2003.
