Contact Enrollment Services to determine if dropping course(s) at this time, if approved, would impact your FT status, and as a result, your federal financial aid.}

^{Regarding Petitions to Appeal the University’s DROP deadline}

^{Late adds or drops are approved only for unusual exceptional circumstances. Failure on assignments/exams, or lack of attendance, do not alone, constitute exceptional circumstances. Documentation verifying your circumstances must also be provided to support your petition (e.g., a medical report is expected in case of significant illness). Submitting this petition does not assure that it will be approved, so be sure to continue attending the affected course(s) while the petition is being evaluated. FISS petitions are reviewed by a committee, and decisions are final. No petitions can be accepted after the last day of classes, per university and registrar policy. For Online Courses, you may submit an email from the instructor specifying the last date you attended class and indicating permission to drop. Online Course instructors may also submit this email directly to your academic dean.}
