Major Entry Requirements

  • Prospective majors must have an overall GPA of at least 2.00
  • Complete all courses on the following list: BPS 250, COM 100, ECN 201, WRT 106
  • Complete all courses in the following set with a minimum GPA (for the set) of 2.30: BIO 101 (or BIO 110), 103, 220 and 221, 222 and 223; CHM 101, 102, 112, 114, 226, 227, and 228; CMB 201 and 311; STA 308; MTH 131 or 141
  • Complete URI 101
