Please note:
Late drops MUST have an instructor signature (or an email to you from the instructor with “consent to drop”). Petitions are not approved automatically, even if supported by an instructor. DROP petitions are reviewed and decided by a committee, and decisions are final. No petitions can be accepted after the last day of classes, per university and registrar policies.

Forms such as Change of Major, Change of Catalog Year, etc., can be found on individual college forms pages.
