Biography

Christian is a partner and trial attorney at Berliner Cohen, LLP.  Berliner is a full-service business law firm with over 70 attorneys in Northern California.  He represents individuals and businesses in civil and criminal litigation in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on white-collar criminal defense, financial fraud, complex commercial, and tax litigation.  

Christian lives in San Jose, California with his wife Jill and daughter Anderson. Christian graduated from University of Rhode Island in 1989 with a double major in philosophy and political science and received his JD from Drake University in 1993. Christian passed three bar exams and is licensed to practice law in California, Colorado, and Illinois. 

Christian is excited to be a member of the Arts and Science Advisory Board and to help students navigate career options and prepare for opportunities after college.
