Biography

Kathryn (Vani) Dayboch brings over three years working as an Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement and Career Resources at the URI Foundation. Before relocating back to RI, Kate was working for NYU Langone Health as a social work educator. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University and is licensed to practice in both New York and Rhode Island. She also has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island. In this position, Kate will communicate with new and existing employer partners to reestablish contact for experiential career and internship opportunities, facilitating the connection between employers’ needs and faculty members’ requirements. She will also oversee the Career Readiness Badge Program, plan and execute relevant career events, and create consistency and sustainability for all experiential learning.
