Research Project
Completed in the summer of 2018, Emily’s fellowship focused on creating a platform for Providence teens to discuss issues of crime, violence, and sexual assault in their communities. With an ensemble of teens ages 15-18, she created a piece of theatre they were later able to perform. She facilitated the writing of the piece through workshops that included discussion, improvisational and collaborative exercises, and writing prompts she created.
