Biography

Steve is a managing partner at Morgan Lewis & Bockius, LLP, a global law firm with over 2,000 legal professionals in 30 offices around the globe.  Steve focuses his practice on Mergers & Acquisitions in the technology space.  Some of his clients include Oracle Corporation, Raytheon Technologies and PTC, Inc.  Steve also leads Morgan Lewis’s global Corporate & Business Transactions Practice Group of approximately 500 legal professionals.  Steve is based in Boston and resides in Sharon, Massachusetts with his wife Barbara and daughters Caroline and Danielle.  Steve graduated from URI in 1985 with a BA in Political Science and Cornell Law School in 1988 with a JD.  Steve’s three brothers also all graduated from URI.

Steve is thrilled to be a member of the URI Arts & Sciences Dean’s Advisory Board and excited to help the College of Arts & Sciences raise its profile and focus on jobs-oriented training and mentoring of students.
