Biography

Stephanie oversees Platinum Equity’s in-house M&A Operations group, a team comprising functional experts across a wide range of operational disciplines that conducts due diligence on prospective acquisitions. In her career at Platinum Equity, she served in a variety of operations capacities, including Chief Operating Officer at Peak Technologies and Chief Information Officer at NextiraOne. 

Stephanie graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. She’s appreciative to be part of the URI College of Arts & Sciences Executive Advisory Board both for the opportunity to mentor students and to continue to extol the virtues of non-traditional degrees in the corporate landscape.
