How to schedule use of lab
- To schedule use of the 3D body Scanner, VR headset, or lab space please email: behavioral-lab@etal.uri.edu
- Faculty will need to schedule their use of the lab at least 5 working days in advance.

Requirements/Rules for the lab
- Experimenters must run and be present during the full duration of own experiments.
- Experiments involving human participants must follow IRB guidelines and associated forms must be completed prior to scheduling. See URI Institutional Review Board (IRB) Human
- Subjects Protections
- IRB Reference numbers will be required for lab sign up.
- Incentives for participation in experiments must follow URI guidelines and associated forms must be completed. See Division of Research and Economic Development
- Faculty and graduate students are permitted to run experiments at the COB Behavior Lab. All non-COB Faculty and graduate students must contact the directors for exemptions.
- Requests for usage of the lab by undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral student research assistants should be made two weeks in advance and must be approved by the Lab Director.
- Note that faculty research will take priority over student projects.
- All research assistants must have completed human participants research training as a requirement of all researchers at URI who conduct human subject research.
