Coastal Engineering and Resilience with Nature Research Group

Celeste Weidemann is currently pursuing their Master’s degree in Ocean Engineering after graduating Vassar College with a B.A. in Environmental Studies. Their primary work is in Coastal Engineering, specifically analyzing how vegetation along coasts can dampen waves and affect coastal erosion. Outside of the lab, they enjoy hiking, cooking, and being outdoors.
