The Department of Communicative Disorders is excited to announce that Marc Maffei will be joining the faculty in academic year 2024-25. Dr. Maffei received his PhD at the MGH Institute of Health Professions, under the mentorship of Dr. Jordan Green, and is currently conducting post-doctoral research at Boston University. His research focuses on motor speech disorders and the interaction between motor speech and language functions. In his free time, Marc enjoys running, hiking, birdwatching, and spending time with his son and daughter.
