Biography

Luz is a graduate from Johnson & Wales University where she received a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Nutrition. Luz has worked at SNAP-Ed providing nutrition education to both the English and Spanish speaking populations since 2006. Luz uses her knowledge and passion for nutrition education to teach adults, parents, and children in the community how to live a healthier lifestyle. When Luz is not working she loves spending time with her two beautiful daughters and husband.
