Biography

In 2014, Kelsi started at SNAP-Ed as a graduate student developing, coordinate, and implement a family nutrition program designed to increase fruit and vegetable consumption in elementary age children. After graduating with her masters in 2016, Kelsi became a Registered Dietitian and continued to work as a Research Associate for SNAP-Ed. As a nutrition educator, Kelsi enjoys developing new nutrition material and working in the community, especially in the elementary schools. Kelsi is also an avid marathon runner, high school cross country/ track and field coach and group-exercise instructor.
