Biography

As an EFNEP Community Nutrition Assistant, Sophia Paglierani teaches EFNEP curricula to adult and youth groups throughout Rhode Island. Sophia is a RI resident and graduated from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire with a degree in health education and promotion. She is excited about working with and serving members of the community in the Providence, RI region after working at her local YMCA for nine years, where she gained valuable experience working with a variety of populations. She is passionate about food and cooking, and is excited to share this with the community! Sophia enjoys spending her free time working out at the gym, hiking, biking, skiing or scouting out a new place to eat with friends!
