Program Requirements

The M.S. degree requires 32 credits for full-time students, including two credits of CVE 601 and 602: Graduate Seminar. For part-time students 30 credits are required, as the seminar credits are waived.

Thesis Option
This option requires successful defense of a research-oriented thesis, which counts as 6 to 9 credits of the total 32 credits required.

Non-Thesis Option
This option requires a comprehensive technical report, which counts as 3 credits of the total 30 credits required.
