The Dean of Students Office, in partnership with other groups in the University, provides resources to help students do their best work through a variety of support services.

Scenario Resource Description
💬 I need an accommodation letter. Disability, Access, and Inclusion (DAI) Staff can guide you in requesting or implementing appropriate accommodations.
🆘 I need help after a crisis or incident. Student Support and Advocacy Offers support, referrals, and follow-up after a personal or campus-related crisis.
📩 I got a letter about a conduct issue. Community Standards Helps you understand the steps of the student conduct process, your rights, and how to respond to conduct communications.
👥 I’m worried about a friend. Report It Submit a confidential concern to connect someone with support and resources.
🍎 I need help with food access or other basic needs. Rhody Outpost /
Student First Fund
Provides access to food, supplies, or emergency financial assistance in qualified urgent, unexpected instances.
💔 I need support for bereavement or loss. Student Support and Advocacy Notify URI of a tragic loss and provide students the time to attend upcoming bereavement services.
