Unpacking The Complexities of Allyship

How do you know you are an ally? How effective, consistent, and sustainable is your allyship? This interactive session focuses on Keith E. Edward’s aspiring social justice ally identity development model to help participants gain a better understanding of allyship. Furthermore, the session will allow participants to discuss the importance of and the risks associated with allyship and to learn some strategies to be an effective ally.
