Vote By Mail Ballot Return

During a 2020 election, The Engineering for Democracy Institute assisted several U.S. counties with predicting vote-by-mail ballot returns. Utilizing the quantity of ballots requested and the quantity already returned for each county, the distribution of provisional ballots required for several jurisdictions was estimated to prevent resource shortages on Election Day.
