Important Information for All Summit Attendees
Registration is mandatory. Name tags will be required for entry and verified by URI security personnel at the door. No backpacks are permitted inside the auditorium.
Name Tag Pick-Up: Starting at 1:00 PM at the ELECOMP Lab (Fascitelli Center for Advanced Engineering, Room 150). From 1:45 PM onwards, name tags can be picked up at the PHMC170 Pharmacy Auditorium.

Sponsors, Technical Directors, and guests attending the ELECOMP Spring Summit can park in Lot 6 (Fine Arts South) using our event-specific parking permit.
Please note: The Spring Summit is an industry-only event. Family members and personal guests are not permitted to attend.
How to Obtain a Parking Permit:
1. Visit uri.aimsparking.com
2. Click “Order Event Permit”
3. Select “Electrical, Computer and Biomedical Engineering” as Event Type
4. Select “ELECOMP Summit” from the event options
5. Enter the Voucher Code: SummitMay7
6. Select the date (05/07/2026)
7. Select “Lot 6 (Fine Arts South)” as your parking location
8. Complete the registration process

Summit Day Guidelines
Dress Code: Business professional attire is required. Suit and tie for men (single-tone dress shirt, preferably blue or white). Professional business attire for women. You are presenting to industry sponsors, faculty, and university leadership.
Name Tags: Mandatory — worn at all times. Provided at check-in.
No Bags: Do not bring bags or backpacks into the auditorium/labs.
