Tips for Completing Your Proposal

• Project Title: Choose a clear, descriptive title that reflects the core purpose of your project.
• Company Overview: Provide a brief description of your organization (1-2 sentences is sufficient).
• Technical Directors: Include contact information for all project mentors from your organization.
• Project Motivation: Explain why this project is important and what problem it solves.
• Project Details: Be specific about technical requirements and expected outcomes.
• Skills Required: List specific technical skills needed for both electrical and computer engineers.
• AI Usage (Appendix A): Check off which AI-assisted activities are permitted on your project. Anything left unchecked is not allowed. The checkboxes are clickable directly in Word
