Xueshen Zhang, Ph.D. ’26

Xueshen Zhang worked in the Power Electronics Laboratory starting in 2021. His achievements include internship experiences at Infineon, Eaton Corporation, and another at REED Semiconductor. He also earned a Dean’s Fellowship, a stellar GPA and was published in multiple journal and conference publications. In addition, he served as a graduate student advisor for the IFEC team and mentored many undergraduate students in the lab. He secured a position working at Infineon, one of the leading companies in the semiconductor industry.
