Graduate Certificate in Econometrics and Data Analysis

Program Requirements

This program contains three courses, or 12 credits. Students engage with a selection of coursework that provides a foundation for using data analytics. Students will also engage in laboratory exercises where they can put lecture material to use.

  • EEC 576: Econometrics (Fall semesters)
  • EEC 676: Advanced Econometrics (Spring semesters)
  • EEC 522: Computer Intensive Methods in Resource Economics (Spring semesters)
Taking these classes provided me with theoretical knowledge as well as practical knowledge on how to apply econometric methods on panel or cross-sectional data using R or Stata.
