The FUSE Fellowship is a commitment to a public service position in city or county government for one to two years. The funding of each project is already covered by the government or other charitable organizations, which includes an annual salary of $80,000 as well as access to benefits options, including health, dental, and vision insurance. However, there are no relocation benefits, but there are many locations around the country that fellows could be able to work in addition to the option of remote work.
FUSE provides support, training, and a mentor to the fellows that are working on these projects, in addition to having a plethora of opportunities to collaborate and gain connections through the FUSE community.
