The Rangel Graduate Fellowship is a program that aims to attract and prepare outstanding young people for careers in the Foreign Service of the U.S. Department of State in which they can help formulate, represent and implement U.S. foreign policy.

The Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Summer Enrichment Program is a six-week summer program designed to provide undergraduate students with a deeper appreciation of current issues and trends in international affairs, a greater understanding of career opportunities in international affairs, and the enhanced knowledge and skills to pursue such careers.

The Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange for Young Professionals (CBYX) is a fellowship funded by the German Bundestag and State Department. It annually provides 75 American and 75 German young professionals between the ages of 18½–24 the opportunity to spend one year in each other’s countries studying, interning, and living with hosts.

Awarded to Rhode Island residents and anyone who is a student at a Rhode Island college or university who wishes to pursue foreign language study.
Deadline Month: January - Ernest F Hollings Undergraduate Scholarship -
The Hollings Scholarship Program provides successful undergraduate applicants with awards that include academic assistance (up to $9,500 per year) for two years of full-time study and a 10-week, full-time paid ($700/week) internship at a NOAA facility during the summer.
Deadline Month: September - First-Generation Global Scholars Program - Includifi invites first-generation students enrolled full-time at a 2-or 4-year college/university based in the US or recent graduates (1-3 years out) who plan to complete coursework for credit in a different state or country from their home institution ("to study away") to apply for the First-Generation Global Scholars program.
- Fulbright UK Summer Institutes -
The Fulbright UK Summer Institutes are three or four week programmes for US undergraduate students. Participants can explore the culture, heritage and history of the UK while experiencing higher education at a UK university.

Gates Cambridge will offer 80 full-cost scholarships to outstanding applicants from countries outside the UK to pursue a full-time postgraduate degree in any subject available at the University of Cambridge.
