The Compass Fellowship is looking for early to mid-career product + engineering talent who offer a perspective that has been historically underrepresented in tech. With everything from voting rights to health care at stake this year, this is your moment to step up.

You must be available for an online convening the weekend of April 4-5, 2020, as well as weekly training and mentorship sessions held remotely.

The Compass Fellowship will provide free training and mentorship, and access to full-time, salaried job opportunities to guide you through the transition and help you ultimately land a fulfilling new job between April – June 2020. You’ll join a cohort of 25 fellows from around the country.
