The Foundation is an incubator of innovation through its prestigious fellowship program supporting our nation’s most promising young scientists, engineers and mathematicians. The Hertz Graduate Fellowship Award is based on merit (not need) and consists of a cost-of-education allowance and a personal-support stipend.
