Delegates attending the 2004 National Convention and Leadership Workshops in Savannah, Georgia, approved the Thomas Arkle Clark Scholar-Leader of-the-Year Endowed Scholarship, named in honor of the founder and first Grand President of Phi Eta Sigma. The Clark Award is presented annually to the member who, in the judgment of our Scholarship Committee, best exemplifies the ideals of Phi Eta Sigma and is selected from among the entire pool of graduate level scholarship applicants. Application must be approved by local chapter.
