Amasia Fellowship is a paid fellowship for undergraduate students interested in climate, sustainability and venture capital. Fellows will work directly with managing partners in those area of interest. The program requires exceptional writing and research skills.

American Enterprise Institute (AEI) Summer Honors Program & Academy

The American Enterprise Institute (AEI) Summer Honors Program is for high achieving (3.5 GPA minimum) students interested in the inner workings of public policy in Washington, DC. This is a fully funded one-week program learning about the inner workings of public policy in the nation’s capital. During this program’s application, students can also select the option of being selected for the AEI Summer Honors Academy, which is a five-week fully paid program in Washington, DC also focusing on public policy. Both opportunities include distinguished guest speakers and emphasize the importance of bipartisan collaboration on topics such as foreign policy, economics, and more.

Careers in Government Job Board

The Careers in Government job board is an opportunity to not only search for federal and state employment, but also post a resume in order for it to be seen by those in those employers looking to fill positions. This search engine can sort employment opportunities by location, category of jobs (e.g. corrections, legal services, parks and recreation), and job type (e.g. full time, part time, intern). These positions are entirely varied and therefore the amount of experience that is necessary for each is equally varied as well. The employers are not only government organizations, but community colleges, public schools, universities, and more.

Católica Fellowships for Portuguese American Students

If selected, scholarship winners will receive a full tuition and fee waiver for any two-year master’s program that is offered at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Applicants must be U.S. citizens of Portuguese decent and must have graduated college with at least a 3.0 GPA and must maintain that GPA for the program in order to have their scholarship renewed for the second year. If the program selected by the student is fully taught in Portuguese, proof of Portuguese fluency must be sent in with the application. Further, based on the program selected, applicants may also be required to pass interviews or write specific essays as part of their application.

CHCI Public Policy Fellow

The Public Policy Fellowship sponsored by The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute offers paid fellowships to talented young Latinos who are pursuing a career in public policy. The goal is to help accelerate the careers of Latinos interested in public policy so that there will be more Latinos to attain higher levels of policy leadership. Fellows will spend nine months working in Washington, D.C.
