  • URI Handshake – URI Handshake is the university’s online career platform.  Maintained by the URI Center for Career and Experiential Education, this system allows students and alumni to find jobs and internships, including opportunities for graduate students.  Use your e-Campus user name and Sakai password to access. 
  • Free Webinar on Goal Setting in Your Post Grad School Job Search – Beyond the Professoriate is a company run by two PhD graduates that offers both free and paid advice via webinar and email on succeeding in graduate school and in the non-teaching (alt-academic) job market.  You can sign up for a free monthly webinar.  
  • @WriteThatPhD – Follow @WriteThatPhD on Twitter for advice and free webinars on strategies for making progress with various aspects of your PhD. 
  • URI Multicultural Student Services Center will provide URI students with free printing (up to 10 pages) beginning Spring 2020 semester.  Hours are 8:30 a.m.-9 p.m. during Spring and Fall semesters, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. in Summer.
